I have a legitimate and paid for copy and want this resolved. I called Omnisphere and didn't get a response and I got tired of waiting. I have seen this problem that many people on the net have and no real solution. I have seen people on the net with that problem though, which is similar to mine. After one reinstall, I got an issue that involved a. Then, one I reinstalled the program, I get the same error message: Can not load soundsource " Try refreshing the index browser. So, I figured that I would just delete everything and go back and reinstall without the updates until I could sort it out. Then I started to add the updates and everything went haywire. I bit the bullet and just fed CD's into my system for the past three hours. If that doesn't work, repairing permissions is a good idea, maybe start there anyway. Do a search for STEAM and find the original and the alias, trash the alias and create a new one and put it in the correct Application Support folder. Or "repair permissions"? I'm not on Mac but that's the first thing all of my Mac buddies do whenever anything goes screwy The thing is you have to remove the word "alias" or it won't work. Should I just re-install? Maybe delete that and create a new one? You could also try re-installing just the plug-in not the library which would take little time and might fix the problem. How did you solve it?
